Alright, I got Cities Skylines 2 at ~60fps at 4k with these settings. It's not the prettiest, but it will get the job done. Hopefully, patches will make things better later down the line. It will get lower as the city gets bigger, but at least it starts with ~60fps and not 10

(more personal) I've been a bit tired of my success being based on other people's work [The spark for remixes is just not what it used to be] and I want to finally create my own thing. While writing stories is a bit ambitious, I'd like to break from this remixing monotony.
