One Chapter of Dugin's book is titled "Europe from Vladivostock to Dublin". He introduces an old idea of a "Euro-Soviet Empire from Vladivostok to Dublin" which was the brain fart of a dissident Belgian, Jean Thiriart, whom Dugin met while travelling in Europe in 1989. 5/11
