It is essential to US national security that Trump's FL trial proceed in a timely way and finish before the GOP convention, ideally well before it. Seriously, how can Judge Cannon ignore that? We need an informed 2024 electorate. That requires a pre-convention trial and verdict.
She is a full fledged member of the Trump defense team. Aileen Cannon is utterly unfit for the bench. Someone should introduce an impeachment resolution against her. It will go nowhere but will highlight her outrageous conduct.
This is what's in the bill. It has nothing to do with DeJoy. That's a matter for the board of governors, which is short two Biden nominees who are pending.
