In 2019, @JonnyBones was subject to 42 no-notice drug tests by 3 separate entities (USADA, CSAC and NSAC). In my 20 years experience in the anti-doping world, this is the highest volume of yearly tests that I have ever seen on one athlete, in any sport.

How about that! NSAC no longer sanctioning for marijuana. Crazy that in my tenure with UFC I've seen NSAC try to suspend Nick Diaz for life for marijuana, to this. Big credit to Exec Director Bob Bennett for spearheading this change. Just don't show up to fight impaired!

Never the case that USADA suspended sample collection during pandemic. Although testing numbers have decreased with “mission critical” directive, we have seen multiple out-of-competition samples collected over last few days and USADA will have a testing presence at FL events.

A tough couple of months for JDS, but the work that he, his camp and USADA did to identify the source of his positive test likely has saved MANY other UFC fighters from problems with the UFC-USADA program and athletic commissions. Great to see the big guy back!
