1 month down of residency and one of the takeaways has been to give myself more grace. i've been journaling each night, writing 3 things about the day, and am going to make an effort to take note of at least ONE thing i did well each day. mistakes are made, but so is progress.

the first week off after my sub-i wasn’t as “off” as i needed it to be...so i took the 3 day weekend to rest, relax, and recharge by doing things that make my heart happy. while we are generally measured by our productivity, rest and breaks are equally important!

2/ Time to check in on our biases: did it make you uncomfortable to read the word clitoris? If so, why? The clitoris is the female homologue of the male penis, (arguably), the urologists’ favorite genital. So why are we more comfortable talking about them, but not clitorises?
