Went 2-2 to 7-2 today. I was pretty disgusted with my losses and play up till round 4. I’m grateful I managed to redeem my performance. Overall, proud of the recovery and how I played with Scream Tail. Hoping to keep it up tomorrow and I’ll post the team after the event! 🙂

Top Cut the Terurun Challenge 14 but fell short again in cut. Played extremely close games all tournament which is nice considering this was the first BO3 tournament I’ve played in S/V. Hoping I can improve and find more time to practice in online tournaments, it was very fun! 🙂

Ending off Reg E on a positive note. Honestly didn’t really have a lot of time to practice the rule set or even go to a regional but this fun Sea Slug and Rock Pon helped me nab a respectable 167 points out of the 211 in the last month and a half. Onward to Portland! 🙂

Even if you accept Maus Ape + Scream Tail as a near auto loss, he played 3 Ghold MUs, 2 in which he led 1-0 which definitely meant it was within his own control to make T8. @SoulSurVGC I think Spectrier should be a bit higher. The support pool is great + Tera Blast and Nasty Plot give it coverage options that can threaten a lot of teams. It’s still quite solid next to Eleki and Amoonguss, something I’m interested in trying out with fast Willo-Wisp as well

At 2-2 it looked dire but I was able to win 10 in a row only dropping 2 games in 10 sets. This was in large part thanks to Scream Tail and Chi-Yu going absolutely bonkers and providing me with a lot of flexibility and opening up the rest of the team to make adjustments as needed.
