The IPS Board recognized Dr. Pat Payne, Director of the IPS Racial Equity Office, tonight for her tremendous efforts in guiding the district’s racial equity initiatives. Dr. Payne was presented with a framed copy of the Racial Equity Mindset policy she helped craft.
Dr. Payne has been an advocate for racial equity for over 50 years! Now director of the IPS Racial Equity Office, we are very fortunate to have her vision and leadership.
