In 1991 I made a film called Dharavi . The film began with a camel accidentally getting shot during a riot . The Om puri character says “ Yeh Saala raet ka jaanwar kaiko samundar ke paas aaya marne ke vaaste ‘ That was a metaphor for the migrant forced to move cos he’s desperate.
