Broad Jump 9feet 4 inches , next test week that’s gonna be 10ft for sure.
Had a great time at toledos camp. Ran a 4.53 40 which was 7th best at the camp at a current weight of 217lbs. I slipped in my shuttle so i’ll make sure to post the better number next week after I test again in Oxford.

was 193 at the end of the season in november, now i am weighing in around 220!!! I have been improving my strength and also my speed via field/agility training, while also doing high intensity plyometrics. Been eating clean and taking dailey vitamins. Disciplined minds ACHIEVE!!!
