Tips for shoveling: 1. Stretch before you 2. Dress appropriately w/ the 3. Right Footwear 4. Go Slow, do sections and 5. Take Breaks 6. Lift/Move small amounts @ a time & 7. Be a good neighbor and help those whose can't clear snow. Last 8. Listen to your body STOP if you need.
