GoReleaser v0.162 is out! You can now “proxy” a go module upon build!
Check out an example:
And as always, the changelog:
Big props to
@_myitcv
for all the help on this new feature! 🙏
Hot of the presses, the next "Zero-friction keyless signing" post:
This is long overdue since when we did this work neither Github Actions' OIDC support or
@chainguard_dev
were public!
You can now generate
@MacHomebrew
taps that download from anywhere using
@GoReleaser
! Just set the url_template!
Thanks for the contribution,
@mgrachev
! 🎉
In other news, we enabled purchasing power parity on Gumroad, so depending on where you live, you might get a better price on a GoReleaser Pro license:
GoReleaser Action v4!
This is a major change: it does not try to guess whether you want to run a snapshot - it'll just download and execute goreleaser. This should prevent some confusion and also fix some issues when running on nightly tags!
As its already June 14th, its fair to say we will not get an early June release 🙇♂️
Worry not, my dear friends, we'll get a beefy late June/early July release, with winget, nix, and much more.
Stay tuned!
First GoReleaser version of 2020!
This is a "big one", some deprecated things were now removed and a couple of improvements were made on sign, docker and blob pipes.
Check it out!
We fully automated our CLI release pipeline (with
@buildkite
and
@GoReleaser
).
With a single press, any authorized
@planetscaledata
employee can release a new version. The pipeline automatically bumps the minor version, pushes a new git tag, and builds/publishes the artifacts.
