If anyone is starting Veganuary tomorrow, I urge you to do your research. Particularly when it comes to nutrition - ensuring you reach your daily calorie intake and meet your macros. You can't come into 2020 passing out after week 1 because all you ate was salad and avocado.

5 episodes in, and I'm thoroughly enjoying Nine Perfect Strangers (Amazon). It is wonderfully cast and I'm really enjoying Regina Hall's performance. It really is a series you can binge-watch all day and feel like you've accomplished something.
