I have been training and competing since July 2017 with severe pain in my achilles and since January 2019 it's my knee. Finally found some answers on my last MRI. This season we will focus on improving on my sliding skills while rehabbing and strengthening my knee and achilles.
These fans drove 13 hours in the snow from Denver, Colorado to come see me race today in ParkCity, Utah! They had never heard of the sport Skeleton till they saw me compete in the 2018 Olympics! Their 10 year old son did his school project on me.

Finished the season strong today in Igls π¦πΉ. Despite injuries, I had a start time personal best of 0.33 sec. on this track & set a PB down time by 2.5 sec. I finished 12th today. I finished the season 13th overall in the IBSF ICC circuit compared to last season when I was 24th

The hard work is paying off! Achieving the finals in a historic race with 51 top athletes from 20 nations in Lake Placid Β πΊπ² is an incredible feat . Representing Ghana π¬π Β & Africa at this level is a testament to perseverance. Grateful for the support.

Great learning experience in 2 days of races in Park City. Trained better & am pleased with my results. In the last race I moved up 4 spots to earn two top 12 places for π¬π and a top 16 out of 26 athletes. Grateful, but never satisfied & always want to push myself to be better.
