Portugal's performance today, Uruguay's vs France and Chile's RWC debut are exactly why a 12-team international league is NOT what the world of rugby needs. Tier 2 teams need regular exposure to top teams. They should not be ignored because of elitism from the big boys!

Interesting to see reports from Japan suggesting Frans Ludeke is in line to become next Japan coach. He has done amazing job at Kubota, has hired some very smart assistant coaches & developed hybrid playing style for Spears. And a little birdie told me he is keen to do the job!
