New Zealand’s complaints about reffing in the final are bullshit. SA won fair and square in that game but this try STILL lives rent free in my head. To not even check Deon getting up after being tackled and held is abysmal

I get that many find it boring to comment on refereeing but it’s nowhere near as boring as when a ref plays a one eyed shocker in favour of the superior team in the first half. Argentina did themselves no favours but Gardner provided us a masterclass in unconscious bias
