A few weeks ago I jumped out of my comfort zone and tried something new.
The Barbell Games
I competed in the junior division.
Ages 16-17
125kg weight class.
I set 4 new state records:
Squat: 529 lbs
Bench: 264 lbs
Deadlift: 573 lbs
Combined: 1366 lbs
Not bad!!
