A great 3 days of pre-camp work with

before he officially kicks-off his career at

Few will ever know the number of drops taken, balls thrown, & drills executed with the three men in this picture. Itโs just the beginning of great things for โoneโ.

Best of luck to our guy

If you recently signed to play College Football you are fooling yourself by taking time off. While you rest on the accomplishment of being signed your competition is up at 6a grinding it out. While you wear your college shirt they have a helmet on playing spring ball. Get to work

Our hearts are broken with the loss of Damion Baker. He was a tremendous young man who was loved by many. His work ethic, focus, and drive helped him reach his goals of being a Division 1 Football Player.
May God Bless his soul. May he also comfort Damionโs family and friends.
Congrats to
@i_williams11
on his first W in his first collegiate start. He threw 104 yards and rushed for 192 yards 1 TD. His 192 yards set a Illinois rushing record!
If you are a HS Senior who is going to play college football this Fall this message is for you. If you are not working harder than you ever have then you are fooling yourself. College football is a harsh game that crushes the ill prepared. Start working now and youโll be ready.
Game Changer for St. Louis Football.

We would like to wish the best of luck to all of the High School players officially starting their season today. Remember to hold yourself accountable & take pride in everything you do. Remember to take the time to enjoy being a football player. Time goes fast, make it count.
We are extremely blessed for the opportunity to have played a part in helping players live their dream as college football players. At last count there were 277
#EliteMade
players in college football in 2019. With another 400+ playing that participated in our exposure events.
Very excited to see 4 players who we trained living their dreams in the NFL Combine. Kaleb Eleby, QB, Western Michigan, Pattonville
Hassan Haskins, RB, Michigan, Eureka
Marquis Hayes, OL, Oklahoma, Pattonville
Kyren Williams, RB, Notre Dame, Vianney
If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play football beyond high school it is a requirement to work at a higher level than youโve ever worked at before. Far too many players let off the gas when they commit, thinking they have arrived. They will learn a hardโฆ
Hard at work fogging the turf, training equipment, & surfaces with Chrisal. This is a practice we have done for many years. We have stepped up our efforts fogging & sanitizing 3x per day. We are working to provide the safest facility possible. We will get through this together.
Elite Football was created 20 years ago when players traditionally did not receive outside skill development training other than summer camps. We were innovators 1999 & we are still the innovators today. If you are looking for high level results, we have what you need.

Congrats to our guy

As we close out the first night of the 2022 high school football season, we just wanted to tell every single player to truly enjoy this time in your life. Donโt take any of it for granted. There is nothing like high school football, enjoy the ride & keep working!
How Tom Brady Does It. We break down the mechanics of how Tom Brady makes every throw on the field. In Part I we focus on the mechanics of throwing a descending ball.
@MechanicsQb
We are seeing a lot of guys excited about camp invites, and thatโs great. The real question is what are you doing to prepare for those camps? College coaches recruit those who are ready, not those who are thankful. The time is NOW.
It's on Tomorrow & Saturday. Looking forward to seeing the Midwest's Top Prospects in front of the Nation's Top College Programs.

Back in โ99 people laughed when we started position-specific skills training for football players. 19 years later and it seems like everybody is a trainer now. Experience matters choose wisely.

Reminder: There will be no Boom Practice/Tryout this morning. It is with a heavy heart that we ask for your support & prayers for Coaches John & Arty Johnson along with Player Cole Johnson as they lay their son, nephew, & brother to rest today. May Justice Johnson Rest In Peace
The St Louis Youth Football community lost one of itโs most dedicated leaders tonight. Coach Jim Nace helped bring the game of football to 1000โs of players over the past 22+ years. He single handedly started St Louis Area Feeder School Football in the 90โs. Rest in Peace Jim
Congrats to all the players who signed to play college football today. Enjoy it and then quickly get back to work. You have just earned a spot in one of the toughest fraternities in the sports world. For those who didnโt sign today, keep working your day is coming.

Players donโt be fooled, there is more to recruiting than social media. When it comes to getting recruited focus on your grades, improve your testing measurables, perfect your position-specific skills, study the game & most importantly put it all on display on the field.
Anyway you cut it we have some the nationโs top O & D Lineman. College & Pro Coaches agree. After the

A common mistake is Ball Carriage. We recommend the ball to be 2โ off the chest & 2โ under the chin. The ball should not drop or move away from the body when the mechanic begins. Focus on a comfortable ball carriage that allows the ball to quickly rise above the shoulder.
