Happy Bday to 1 year of @EMASOH_AGENOR ! Since then, 7 warships frigates and a surveillance aircraft were part of the operation. They conducted more than 100 flights, spent 400 days at sea, reassured about 20 merchant ships, and crossed the #StraitofHormuz close to a 100 times

Greeting the Costa Toscana!🚢🌊👋🏻⚓️ The 🇮🇹 navy ship Thaon di Revel greeted the Costa Toscana at sea. As previously discussed during a port visit in Abu Dhabi, the ships sailed alongside each other and the crew of the Thaon di revel wished the cruise ship merry Christmas. 🎄

Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) are very important tools in the EMASOH toolbox. They can cover a large area over a short time, which make them perfect to support the surveillance at sea. The MPAs supporting EMASOH are French aircraft of the type Atlantique 2. @MarineNationale

Turtle saved by EMASoH Warship! 🐢During a patrol, the 🇮🇹 navy vessel Thaon di Revel discovered a turtle, trapped in a piece of trash. The Italian crew did not hesitate and freed the turtle from its burden. After a brief picture the turtle was set free again.
