I've been to a lot of baseball games and seen a lot of bad calls.
I've never seen fans throw trash on the field for something that was actually the right call.

No Starkville, Oxford, Fayetteville, or Baton Rouge regionals this year.
Someone do the hard work and tell me the last time that happened.
Also, some of these Regional sites are gonna have 💩 atmospheres
Attendance at Dudy Noble today: 14,273
That's good for 10th all time in college baseball history, as well as at DNF.
It's also the largest on campus crowd in college baseball so far this season.

Mississippi State signed 12 of the top 25 players in Mississippi today. Including 2 of the top 5 and 4 of the top 10.
Mississippi recruits should never be overlooked.
Update:
Top 25 wins in the Sherill era(13 years): 11
Top 25 wins in the Mullen era(9 years): 7
Top 25 wins in the Leach era (in his 3rd year): 6
Pretty impressive.
Opening day attendance across the SEC so far today.
I'll add to this thread as the other schools report.
Ole Miss 11, 242
LSU- 10,683
MSU- 10, 652
USC- 7,215
Bama- 3,312
UGA- 3,119
Ole Miss fans this week
"Lane would never leave us."
"This sucks. Sad."
"Lane wasn't that good anyway, good riddance."
"Lane is staying, we're the next Bama!"
Mississippi State has done very well recruiting in state so far this year.
11 out of the top 25 look to be coming to Starkville.
Ole Miss has 3, and Southern has 1.
The rebels talking trash is hilarious.
Last time they took a series from us Barack Obama was President, John Cohen was Head Coach, Dak Prescott had just wrapped up his senior season, Dudy Noble Field had yet to be renovated, and Jake Mangum was in High School.
There was a college baseball team in 2018 that was 23-19 and 8-11 in SEC play at this time of the year. The bullpen was struggling and depleted.
That team went on to make the college world series.
Attendance around the SEC on this busy Thursday night.
1. Mississippi State 10,663
2. Arkansas- 10,270
3. South Carolina- 6239
4. Georgia- 3269
5. Missouri- 931
I trashed the Vols a lot throughout the year, but I kind of have a newfound respect for them.
Their fans may be newish to supporting the game, but I had amazing interactions with them this year.
This is the trash talk process that happens when you lose to Mississippi State.
1. Trash talk Starkville
2. Complain about cowbells
3. Tweet a screenshot of the all time record.
4. Cry.

Happy Independence day!
One of my favorite patriotic Mississippi State moments.
The national anthem & singing of God Bless America as Mississippi State hosted the first college football game post 9/11.
Why is Mississippi State baseball ok?
Baseball runs deep here, we don't run after bad seasons, and we still break attendance records during them.
Other fanbases wait to show up until their team gets hot, we'll be there during the slumps.
The M over S runs in our blood.
Not what you probably want to hear, but today's attendance was 14,228!
That's good for 7th largest in Dudy Noble Field, and NCAA, history!
It's been a tough season so far, but the best fans in America don't relent! Keep it up Dudes!
YOU make us the best place to watch college baseball.
Wrapping up the weekend with the second highest weekend attendence in program history.
