Missed the OSU game today. R M1 occlusion, NIHSS 10 rolls in at end of 1st quarter. ADAPT technique, thrombus rolls right down tubing, patient improves on table to NIHSS 0. Don’t always work that way, but I’d give up any game to see the joy on that patients face! #neurosurgery
