I never realized this until now. In The Lion King when Zazu tells Simba that he and Nala are betrothed, Simba says "When I'm king that'll be the first thing to go." In TLK2, Kiara isn't betrothed to anyone. When Simba talks about her becoming queen, he never even mentions a king

To those talking about ableism in Warriors, I just want to point out that Dawn of the Clans has the most well treated disabled character. Jagged Peak breaks his leg like Cinderpelt, but his mate Holly trains him to hunt and fight just like any other cat

I never noticed that in The Lion King 2, this animation of Kovu is recycled and flipped. It's first in the scene when he decides to try telling Kiara the truth, and then after Zira dies. They also forgot to add his scar for the second scene
