One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump - an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.

This is not accurate. The error was not “immediately caught” or “corrected on the spot.” It was discovered by a Republican monitor after TWO official counters signed off on the erroneous count. It took a brief argument and hours of recounting to correct the error.

Even had state monitors been present, the law still requires that ballot counting be open to partisan monitors and the public. But state monitors were not present, as the @GaSecofState now acknowledges and the video shows.

Update from Georgia: My attorneys have filed a motion in Fulton Superior Court to quash the Fani Willis indictment. Everything I did was specifically authorized by the federal Electoral Count Act.

Still reeling at how this election was so adamantly declared to have been “free from irregularity” before votes were counted, machines audited or returns certified. Thousands of votes were unlawfully counted in secret. Thousands more were mislaid and not counted at all.
