Today marks seven years clean. Getting sent to rehab was the best thing the state of Texas ever did for me, even if I hated it at the time. Don’t be afraid to talk about it. Addiction isn’t taboo. Plenty of people go through it. One day at a time. My DMs are always open. 👊
