Much as I dislike Woodward, his decision not to sanction stupid signings like Willian, Perisic and Boateng was spot on. Woodward has his faults but n0t bAck1nG j0Ze1111 isn't one of them. £115m on Matic and Lukaku is more backing than Pakistan gives the Taliban.

Pogba is never becoming a world class midfielder. Just lacks the intelligence to function there. You'd never catch KDB, Silva, Bernardo, Modric, Scholes, Kroos, Xavi, Iniesta doing elasticos in their own half in injury time.
