By then end of the month I’ll be fully certified. I’ve been chasing this thing for 8 years. I’ve missed out on countless “bigger” jobs, but always ended up right where i was supposed to. My advice: Love kids and coach them hard. Run your race! Your purpose > your struggle!

Tonight at dinner, after our game, 3 different sets of people stopped me to brag on how well behaved and mannered our team was. I think I grew a couple inches each time! Proud to have won. A million times more proud to be associated with these young men.

This is 7th grader Henry Sandoval. Henry runs on all three of our relays and triple jumps. After running his fastest split of the year in the 4x4 (62.4) Henry did a loop around the complex and picked up after his teammates. Henry is proof of our process. #ChiefPride
