Coaches if your kids are disrespecting you and you are STILL playing them, who’s fault is that? You are choosing WINNING/TALENT over culture and teaching. Build a foundation based on a positive culture and teaching and WINNING will follow because you will attract the top kids.

Sr. Parents do me 1 Favor 2morrow. It is the last AAU game for your baby. Give them the BIGGEST HUG ever. It is a blessing to watch,ride along,support & ❤️then. This comes 1 time. I did it last yr. with my son. It was the best hug yet with so many tears. We r blessed.PLS Retweet

Hiring a staff is one of the hardest/important jobs a HC will ever do. It is a well designed puzzle where all the pieces need to fit. It took a long time to get it right. I met some quality people in the process. I am SO excited to unveil our staff this week @NavyWBB #GONavy 👏👏

Any trainer who guarantees you a Division 1 scholarship in any amount of time is probably not the right trainer for U. Sure the checks they cash will help their D1 fund. Nothing can be promised other than helping kids get the absolute most out of their God-given talent & ability

Proud of my youngest tonight. Jackson played 30 minutes tonight and had at least 10 assists, played great defense and a great floor game to help Carrboro to a victory over Graham. Love watching my kids play and have fun doing it. 🙏🙏❤️❤️
