Listen, coaches I do need to tell y’all, any of my athletes you’re getting, i can’t say it enough, THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE. Don’t sleep on them regardless where they sit in the roster. And the top people on the roster, pretty much everyone is trying to get them.

One thing that actually annoys me is when a recruit goes and adds me on twitter/x, and say they run track but I search the twitter page and there’s ZERO evidence of it. Remember, you gotta have some type of track stuff on your page if you want to be take. Serious in recruitment

What can’t i say about this team. They fought hard ALL season and gave it all they had at the conference championship today. Men’s team FINISHED and this is with 2 sprinters, a vaulter/swimmer, a mid distance guy, and 1 true distance runner… can you say success !!

I was taught by my coach to stop doing that jump before I ran. He had a good explanation too, he said that it would basically utilize my initial 'burst' that I would use to come out of the blocks, and I saw a difference immediately.

Student-Athletes, make sure when choosing your school that it is what BEST suites you. You never want to go somewhere that will make you feel miserable, or somewhere where the coaches, and professors aren't any help.

People may or may not hate me for this, but if i find a women that is willing to join our staff typically I put them above the rest. Reason being is there’s some things I JUST DONT GET as a make and i probably won’t get. But also that motherly figure is needed A LOT !

All these were the 2nd rep, but 3x 12 hurdles discount 2ft for each. Goal: stay quick between and attack each hurdle. You’re gonna get a little fatigue toward hurdles 8-12 but continue to stay active and push through. Multis and actual hurdlers are here (missing 4)
