It wasn't the umpire's fault in any way. My kids were just a bit too amped up. I felt this was the best way to restore some order. They had plenty of fun jumping around in the dugout on the preceeding HRs and acting slightly more civil. But please.. Encourage fun in our game

From a purely game theory perspective, as I go through the pitch by pitch data from the last 3 WS games, it's hard to discount the idea that the Astros aren't really sequencing pitches in a traditional sense but more selecting them against bat path and adjustment hypotheticals.

We went 30-16 Won the region & district & went to Enid Were willing to play anyone, anywhere Had teams in my own region dodge me Had teams cancel the back half of h2h 3x passed > 800 covid tests And drove this many miles. (8800 total), just to play 2021 was a massive success.

Cody Bellinger only hit ONE HR in high school. He was a 4th rd draft pick in 2013. His first pro season, he struck out 46 times in 47 games & batted .210. 6 years later after constant adjustment, Belli’s won NL ROY & MVP. Moral of the story: bet on yourself & love the grind.

When I tell recruits and coaches that Lackawanna can help you get anywhere in the world, I mean it. The caveat is, you have to be willing to go above and beyond, the school simply provides the best template. Bryce did this for our players and I can't wait to follow his career.

camp idea for '23s HS position players, get instruction from my players, then play a sim game...facing Lackawanna Pitchers We do the inverse in the afternoon. (Hs p's vs Lack pos players) Coaches can eval you / you can evaluate yourself in a better context Whatcha think?

Get out there and long toss, I don't care which implement. Pick up a football, softball, baseball and work to fire it as far as you can. You're not "saving bullets" by sitting around, you're simply deciding not to make them. Better have enough when its time to step on the mound

We averaged 441 lbs per player in 1rm DL max (straight bar) 7 dudes 500+ Top 525 x2 17 players 450+ As a squad we pull 2.3x + our body weight They also averaged 41 consecutive push-ups a piece. Noone wins a championship in the fall, but you can earn the right to play for one
