Last night former Mukwonago track coach Mike Furlong passed after a long battle with cancer. He was one of the all time greats in our sport who was as good of a person as he was a coach. Glad I had the opportunity to know him as an opposing athlete, coach and friend.

We knew this one would be challenging and with a few hiccups it ended up coming down the the 4x4. Had to get top two to come home with a trophy. 3:18.37 was just enough to grab a share of the hardware. Congrats athletes and coaches!

On a crazy weather day filled with delays here in Eugene @sophherriot cleared her opening height of 11-02.75 on her first attempt. That clearance held up for 2nd place in the emerging elite division. Not a bad way to close out a high school career.

Shout out to @JacobyCefalu who tore his ACL in football and was told he would never be able to run this season. After working his tail off, he got cleared to run full speed today. With the help of a nice tail wind he ran our fastest ever recorded 30 Fly, 2.98.

What a night for @LoganHicks59 14.44 in the 110HH into a head wind followed by what may have been the fastest 300INT time in state history at 37.29 and then he took the 4x4 from 4th to 1st with a 47.5 split after a crash nearly took us out of the race 😳
