Since Sept 1, 2019, I’ve been wearing a bracelet with a team goal inside of it. My players didn’t know what the goal was & they never asked.. they just worked. Our season came to an end last night. While we were reminiscing & crying, someone asked to open it. Goals were met ❤️

If there are going to be aau tournaments, families taking vacations, shopping at the mall, 7 on 7’s, pumping gas at the gas station, summer camps, grocery shopping, workout classes, working in retail/fast food/at the office....then there needs to be school & HS sports‼️‼️‼️

🗣️ College coaches don’t run to look at the scorebook after the game. But I promise you they’re judging you based on your decision making ability, defensive buy-in, engagement on the bench, communication & coachability. Scoring is important for sure but it’s not the only thing.
