At MPC a goal of ours is to spread the ball as much as we can. Last season all 3 QB’s threw TD’s, all 7 RB’s had touches and 11/12 WR’s caught a pass at some point. We don’t look to pad stats, we want everyone to eat. Every clip in this highlight is a different player. #WhyMPC

The Central Coast has lost a true athletics legend. Chris Pappas, long-time coach and athletic director for Monterey Peninsula College, has passed away. Coach Pappas coached football in 7 different decades, he was an advocate for women’s sports and was a great man RIP Coach❤️

Using inside releases for outbreaking routes is one of my favorite things to watch. This is how you stem, stack a defender and use different releases to set up a defender. Great stuff!

Lots of what Hardman said we know already The most interesting part imo was the very end when Hardman talked about helmets on the ground. Small detail sure. But an important one. Helmets on the ground can lead to injury. They are trip hazards. If you can’t police something…
