Growing up as a kid I loved movies about the underdog teams - Mighty Ducks, Bad News Bears, etc - and I just got off a call with @GuildHonolulu GM Purke and their origin is basically the #Warcraft version of those stories Easily the most interesting guild history I've ever heard

On September 6th I weighed 347lbs which is the heaviest I have ever been. I have a daughter and a dog and if I don’t make a change in my life they’ll both grow old without me. Thanks to the amazing support of the guys of @polykill I’ve changed my diet and started walking more

Just received confirmation that I’ll be promoted this spring and deploying this summer. I’ll be gone for 6-8 months (like last time). It’s a great opportunity for my career and a nice financial boost for our family. I’ll miss everyone but will try to keep in touch via Twitter

I weighed in at the gym on Monday and I’m at 327.4lbs! Changing to a healthy diet and walking 2 hours a day (between my lunch hour and taking Shadow out) has helped me drop 20lbs in a month. Current target is 30lbs total by Halloween #GetFit
