Tanzania - 2,115MW at a cost of $2.9Bn ready in 5 years while our Karuma dam, (By a company blacklisted by both WB & AfDB) originally to cost $1.7Bn has so far swallowed $2.1Bn for only 600MW & has so far taken 11 years & is not fully ready. What is wrong with Uganda???
