@BryceWGarcia Austin MSA has ~2.5 million people, builds 20K single family houses/yr. San Diego MSA has ~3 million people, builds 3k single family houses per year. Clearly it's the STRs making housing unaffordable.

@BryceWGarcia Most money stays local since most owners are local. Keeps tourism dollars local and distributed. If more locals got bigger part of tourism pie think there’d be lass animosity towards tourism in some areas
