Zulu is a 1964 British film depicting the Battle of Rorke's Drift between the British Army & the Zulus on 22/23 Jan 1879, during the Anglo-Zulu War. It shows how 150 British soldiers, 30 of whom were sick & wounded patients, successfully held off a force of 4,000 Zulu warriors ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

The Royal Navy established the West Africa Squadron in 1808 to patrol the coast of West Africa, and between 1808 and 1860 they seized approximately 1,600 slave ships and freed 150,000 Africans who were aboard. Most of the ships captured were headed to South America. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง
