Got some good news today....In March i was diagnosed with Genetically High Cholestorol. Blood test showed an alarming 8 !!! Within a few months i have brought this down to 3.7 👊 Willpower and hard work pays off.... 😃

Went for a ride today into Surrey and Sussex. Don't think I've done a ride this long since I stopped racing. Normally its 2-3hrs. I had 100 mile in my head...that goal kept me going all day after a difficult few days... #mentalhealth #keepactive
