The Toronto league cup was easily the worst cup I’ve ever seen. For $40 CA you get one ticket per win which is worth half a pack of obsidian flames. There was no playmat for first and if you were to get first you would receive 17 prize wall tickets which is 8 packs or $33 US.

Quick testimate to why the shoes are so great. No matter how good you are, this kind of hand just looses you the game, but the shoe found me a Comfey for a vip pass. Don’t sleep on the shoes

181/1263 at laic (5-2-2) Lost my win and in making this the 9th time in a row missing day 2 by one win. Vengeful punch was vacuumed away every time I used it against gardi. Hit TWO florida locals back to back. Deck was decently consistent all day. +80cp 366/600

5-2-2 for 230/1543 and the 8th time in a row being one win away from day 2. Tie at the end was unfortunate but we didn’t even get to start game 3. One loss was double brick and the other was going first both games with tomb down and Lugia still got the t2 double chops.

Won the collective’s league cup(1st/44)!! Zard is good when you get to play the game. Went 11-1-1 in games today and won two being down 6 to 1 prize cards. Double catcher is cracked and 4 gust feels required. +50 (30, bfl) 405/600. Top 8/50 last week with the same list.

Just an idea but what if TPCI changed cups and challenges into singular events where based off of attendance the point payout differs. Like <16 is challenge payout <32 somewhere in the middle and >32 is cup payout.

Played in a 1k at Versus Games and made top 8 out of about 35 with gardi mewtwo v-union. Deck ran well but I had never played a game with it before and ended 3-0-3. Hit a gardi with path in t8 and didn’t know till game 3 in turns. +$50 +6 prize card turns.

@IlCovoDiWeavile Not incredibly successful but I usually ensure that I get rid of useless cards in my hand when in rox range/ a bad iono. Also have a pivot energy and if you want to draw energy play an extra rod first. Just think ahead and if they usually would play one be ready

@crashobs @Tricroar So I try to either t1 raikou or t2 raikou doesn’t matter then ninja forcing crystal cave then ninja again forcing double switch cart and if they hit all that sableye x2. If they prize any or can’t do that you win with an extra turn.
