After my goal going viral this week I have decided to get myself in the best possible shape and have signed up with Your Peak Performance Coaching.
I’ve seen the work he does with players and the unreal transformations. Follow my journey on instagram
Can’t believe I’m tweeting this without even playing a game in the new season but am part of
#FreeAgent
FC 😂
All I wanna do is play ⚽️ in a side where we aren’t defending for 80 minutes and enjoy the fooking game. And score some goals ofc.
Thank you to
@OfficialCDGFC
for this evenings hospitality. An entertaining game which sees Saltdean continue their unbeaten run in the league. Ben Bacon has now scored 9 goals in his last 5 games in all competitions!
Urgh booing Amir Khan, who are these people ffs. One of the best British fighters and always took on the best. Put some respect on his name. It’s a bunch of proper mongs that go to these fights ain’t it.
3rd week in.
Top Speed
Acceleration
Agility
Fitness
Power
Resisted Sprinting

A bunch of motivated individuals you’d want in your side.

Dan’s done 6 weeks with myself, the changes he’s made in a short space of time are huge & so noticeable on the pitch.
- 1 stone down
- playertek sprint distance during games has trebled
- top speed & acceleration huge improvement
- 6 goals in 8 apps. Was 0 in 7.
Not the end to the season had hoped for but had some real decent times & been lucky enough to have a few clips.
31 goals in 22 for
@SteyningTown
.
7 goals in 10 starts for
@ThreeBridgesFC
9 wins & 1 draw.
Promotion out of County Prem.

starting to hate my own Fulham fans. All I see is slagging off the club/owners as if we have are entitled to so much more. We were a club on the verge of extinction & in the lower leagues. Moaning everyday we haven’t made a big signing rather than just being grateful for
Nobody will ever be as scared as this guy was, he walked round the whole villa and stood there for 5 minutes without his eyes leaving his toecaps until the end of the show
#LoveIsland
Dropped yesterday for a game I'd been dying to play in against my old "pals" Haywards Heath. On the edge of my box on 90 minutes had one thing in mind. Scoring this and beating them made it that bit better⚡🏃♂️⚽️👂👂

Take the yellow and be treading on eggshells for 90 minutes or our opening game and putting him at higher risk of receiving a red. Doesn’t take much for a ref to flash a 2nd yellow nowadays
And we are done ✅
Progressed through the weeks.
It’s not about starting pre season ridiculously early, it’s about working on improving your movements, your speed & preparing yourself for a good pre season rather than spending it catching up.

45’ GOALLLLLLLLL
IT’S A DOUBLE BACON SARNIE TONIGHT!!!!
I didn’t even have time to tweet that the second half had begun before we score!
2-1 with a lovely Ramon backheel assist!
13 goals in 13 starts this year and at times have loved this season but is time for me to move on and try find a new club to spend the remainder of the season at ⚽️
Why are people not just upfront and straight about things during pre season. Makes things easier for both sides, management and players. Maybe I'm just too honest 😂
With a few weeks of the season left, we will shortly enter the best time for you to transform yourself and come back a new player.
No need to worry about games and fatiguing yourself for a Saturday. Just time to graft, recover and feel the best you ever have.
Why do players always have reasons for leaving teams like "want to be closer to home, work commitments etc". Just say it how it is, the manager was cunting you off or somebody doubled your dollar
When I was younger I used to call it being busy and mock it, I’d then turn up to pre season, legs dead & feeling sick and struggle with my fitness throughout the season. Work smartly through your off season, recover, but keep ticking over.
Week 1 ✅
If I knew football boots nowadays were going to be so shit I would of never binned them back in the day. Materials and fits are horrid. Either fall apart or no protection at all.
Not playing as much from sitting on the bench or being injured you get to analyse, watch what others do, good & bad, reflect on what you can do better & actually listen to those that know more than you on the game. Plus makes you hungrier to play well. Learnt a lot this year.
Proud to get my first MoM for Brigdes.
Gutted for the result.
Yes that's the ref blowing the whistle 1 second before I'm about to shoot for our 4th goal 🤐🙄.
FROM NATIONAL LEAGUE TO LEAGUE ONE 💪🏽⚽️
Ben from
@ypperformance_
helps athletes reach their peak athletic potential. He trained Vince Harper, a full back that went from Eastleigh to Exeter, which is a jump from Non-League to professional. Very impressive. 👏🏽
It’s important…
First time ever the football season has started and I’m without a game.
Will be keeping my eye on all those clients I’ve been working with over the summer who are thriving & feeling fit. ⚽️
You can have the shittest English summer yet I can promise one thing, the first proper pre season friendlies you get, it’ll be nearly 30° and unbearable
Some incredible scenes in Sussex football last night and lately. Makes you wonder why anybody would give up the game or allow laziness to stop you playing as long and as well as you can.
It’s a short career, one that you can make longer and more successful by your choices.
Pre season twitter show is here. Clubs tweet signings before an actual form is out & others get all riled about it. Players tweet free agent or their highlight video & others get worked up. Let people do what they fuckin want. Apart from be announced by 3 clubs, that was mad😂
If you organise to meet up with all your pals and sack off social distancing then fuck sake you are a helmet. Bigger one if you put it all over social media. At least cheat and in private
You lot thinking that sun was normal yesterday, there's me only 3 weeks in to living on my own, roaming my house in pants with a baseball bat for 10 minutes texting people saying im being burgled at 3am. Global fucking warming 😂
@HHTFC
@Karlyakehurst8
@Mccreadie10
Starting 1st teamers & players that haven't played all the other games in place of regulars ouch. Really want a cup at Hanbury this year 😂
FULL TIME
It ends 2-2. After falling behind, that certainly feels like a point gained and one to build on in coming games.
Thank you
@PT_FC
and good luck for the rest of the season
3rd pre pre season session done. If you are going from 3x a week high impact & high intensity aka games & training to once or even twice a week max velocity sprint drills and high intensity running, you are not “overdoing it”.
Our Thirds get a long overdue win with a 6-0 victory over
@AnstyFC
2️⃣s 🙌
The up and coming
@Spiesy41
spearheading the superb team performance with a hatty 🎩🪄
.
@horshamymcafc
2 Hassocks 2. A late equaliser from the returning Ben Bacon rescues a point, after we’d fallen behind following Blake’s first half screamer.
Well done to our award winners last night
1st Team Players Player of the Year Rob Clark
1st Team Managers Player of the year Rob Clark
1st Team Supporters Player of the Year Alex Townley
1st Team Top Scorer Ben Bacon 31 goals
Those same sad fuckers that go out every week twice a week are the ones who are like omg how can you not go out? Very easily mate it's a shit overrated night
Heath took the lead in the 5th minute when Crawley Town's Germain Dua put the ball through his own net as Heath went on to win 3-1 in the Parafix Sussex Senior Cup.
#OwnGoal
My 4th against Hassocks and lob from half way for Steyning my favourites but from the ones
@YourInstReplay
caught this year I fucking enjoyed these moments also ❤
Worked out this season bought me to 75 goals in 80 starts in Senior county football for Hassocks, Bridges, Saltdean and Steyning combined. Yes it's just county football & I'm a busy cunt but idc I love scoring so suck ya mum
