My 4th Manchester Marathon and finally got a new marathon PB 04:42:47🌟 The last couple of marathons I’ve done have been well over 5hrs so to go sub 5 and then take 12 mins off my previous marathon PB (from 2019) is something I’m super happy about. #hardworkpaysoff

March 2020: Out with my running club, we found a man collapsed by Sefton Park, not breathing, no pulse. After several rounds of CPR and one shock from a defib from a nearby hotel, he had output and was breathing, he survived! BLS IS lifesaving, make it your business @LivHospitals

I took a walk down Menlove Avenue…it was surprisingly poignant. Today would have been John Lennon’s 82nd Birthday. The light in what was his childhood bedroom is left on as a mark of respect. The Beatles were the reason I moved to Liverpool. Happy Birthday John, Goodnight 🖤

#AHPsActive Productive Ironman training this weekend. 3.5km swim on Fri, 62 miles on the bike on Sat, followed by a 5km brick run. Trip home to The Peaks and a 14 mile run this morning. Grateful to be able to get out and move my body…It’s good to be alive ❤️ @LivHospitals
