Started my day out with a 1hr trail run. My legs felt speedy so I just went! ⚡️ The temps were cooler but I still really worked up a sweat! Guess that means I’m in great running condition! 🥳🎉 Miles ranged from 7:40 pace down to 7:05 pace at the end! #runchat #runfast #runfit

I ran long today solo, in memory of Laken Riley who was a woman runner that sadly passed away after getting attacked while she was running this past week on a college campus. I’ve personally been chased while running 4X & luckily I was fast enough to get away 🙏🏻 ⬇️ #runsafe

6 Miles of fun in a new area to end this Monday! 🎉 I love exploring new areas while running! It makes the run much more enjoyable 🙌🏼 The weather was a lot better. Only about 85 which felt much more bearable than what it’s been temp wise. 60 days out from my next marathon! 🙌🏼🏃🏼‍♀️

5 miles early with crazy humidity. I wanted to go for 7 miles but my body couldn’t deal with the heat too well. So. Much. Sweat. 🔥🏃🏼‍♀️ This week I may be less mileage due to temps in the 100s. I run mostly solo & don’t want to wind up with heat stroke. Make it a great day!🌟

Well I made it 6.2 miles for my #wednesdayrun 🙌🏼🏃🏼‍♀️ I was surprised I ran the pace I did given how high the humidity was. The picture doesn’t do it justice but I’m completely drenched in sweat-even my ponytail is dripping sweat! 😅💦💦 I also did a hard strength workout 💪🏼 #fit

Knocked out 12 miles for my #sundaylongrun 🏃🏼‍♀️🎉 I broke up today’s run by just a little bit of time in b/w each due to really poor air quality. I definitely smelled smoke in the air while running plus the humidity was a beast. Poor air quality + lots of sweat made it tough.

I had a great marathon race this morning! 🤘🏼🏃🏼‍♀️🎉 This really boosted my confidence after a sub-par finish at a marathon I finished this past April✨ My feet felt good, legs felt good, fueling was on point & I was able to crush miles 22-26 which was awesome! Marathon #6 ✅🥳 #run

Since the marathon I finished on October 28th, I felt really awful the first 4 days post marathon. Since then I’ve slept more and have been eating a much higher protein diet and am finally starting to feel better! I started this day early with a walk ✅🎉 #WednesdayMotivation

I did 2 runs today! I had to take shifts with dogs otherwise too much chaos! Did 9 miles Total 1st run- 2 older GSPs🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺🏃🏼‍♀️ 2nd run-younger GSP 🐕‍🦺🏃🏼‍♀️ 3 miles of fun with the younger dog. The older dogs are scared of the camera 🤣 Video/pics of me with Miss Annie #runfit

Started my run earlier in the sunlight for the 1st time in awhile! It ended back in the dark 😂 My feet also ended up soaking wet from all the melting snow out on the paths as well. Easy 5 Miles🏃🏼‍♀️ + core workout for my #wednesdayworkout Higher mileage day on tap for tomorrow!

Monday morning run ✅🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️ My watch was finicky today & wasn’t working right…blah! The route I went was 5.5 Miles but my watch kept pausing so the mileage isn’t accurate. This was hard for me as my Dad starts cancer treatment today. Grateful to run at least🩵 #run

70 days left of training until marathon #6 ! 🏃🏼‍♀️🎉 This is from the marathon or unintentional ultramarathon I finished this past spring 27.57 miles run instead of 26.2 miles. Race committee error 😅

I ran a marathon this past Saturday & was asked what I was thinking about during the 26.2 miles. Honestly, my mind was calm & I completely zoned out! I never even listened to music while running the marathon distance! I don’t even remember thinking about my legs hurting!

I knocked out a speed workout for my #tuesdayrun ✅🏃🏼‍♀️🎉🔥🔥🔥 And of course my watch died near the end so my data isn’t 100% accurate but I still had a great #run 2.15 mile warm up 6 x 1/2 mile repeats 4 x 1/4 mile repeats 4 mile cool down 10 miles for Tuesday! 🙌🏼💓👟👟

Top Races from 2023: The good, the bad, & the awesome! 👏🏼 ~Finished 2 Marathons-April one went horribly bad-by my standards; October one went really great! 🥳🏅 ~Finished 2 Half Marathons- 1 was 2 weeks after a marathon-never do this 😂- the other one was in June & I did well ⬇️

I finally got outside for a run! It was amazing! 👏🏼 However the area where I live does not seem to maintain sidewalks or trails well. I had to run a 1.25 Mile loop as that’s the only route I could find that was clear of snow/ice. After the 5 Mile run I did some Pilates! #runchat

I wound up doing a late night run with a friend & then also took a walk! It was super peaceful out which was nice! A little windy but not horrible😊 You know you will be glad you said yes afterwards even if it seems like you don’t want to go. Did this after working 12+hrs🔥

This time last year I was in my final prep before the California International Marathon!! The course is super scenic! And it’s definitely a marathon I would race again! Did you know it’s the 7th largest marathon in the U.S.? 5 mins after finishing the marathon it poured!🏃🏼‍♀️
