In the recent @WhatisMoneyShow podcast, @Breedlove22 and @JStefanop1 discussed about mining and decentralization of the network. I was stunned to learn that there are only ~15,000 active full #Bitcoin nodes. I now plan to include, as an option, a full node with the pool heater.

Yes, the touchscreen holds with electrical tape!! Along the build, I changed the controller and the screen is not compatible anymore. The one I’ll be using is a bit smaller and waterproof for outdoor usage. ⚡️ #gridheating #bitcoin

#Bitcoin #PoolHeater update. Last week I tested many different relays under extreme conditions to make sure the final selection will be the safest and most reliable. 68C is too hot, but much better than any SSR tested that reached 80+C! The one I ended up choosing was stable

@RyanAClemons For now it fits 2 s19pro slightly overclocked in immersion cooling. It requires a 240v 40 amps circuit. The pool water piping is 1-1/2” schedule40 PVC. No filters included, it must be install downstream of you pool pump & filtration system.

@growscoin 220Th/s, yes i currently heat a 30k usg pool which is quite large (up to 85F, nights are cold in Qc these days!). Price target is ~6k$usd. I’m working on a more robust and cheaper 2nd version. It comes with a software that makes the machine plug and play, no need to know anything
