A major milestone for my husband today—he’s celebrating 20 years in the military! He served in the US Army, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, then switched to the US Air Force. He’s flown all over the world as a mechanic on the C-5 cargo planes. Morgan and I love you very much!

I took a couple of samples. Both came back with a pH of 6.5 and 6.6 respectively. Normal rainwater is 5.6. Acidic rain is typically below 4.5. So, acid rain from the train derailment becomes less likely, and the theory of dust from Oklahoma becomes more likely.
