I experienced a more rampant PUA scene in Toronto than any other city I've ever been to. It's a huge problem there. I've personally been stalked through the city by these guys, I've even had friends I realized were being awful to me because they were testing their routine on me.

Brown is now going through a litany of claims that people have brought to human rights commissions, including someone who claimed their gender was "the king." The claim was dismissed. But this is still somehow an indication the system is broken.
