@EITC_Official Most teachers aren't experts either. Education majors are usually low performing students. Of the high performing edu majors, the majority drop out within 2 years of teaching. Leaving the most poorly educated teachers teaching our kids.

There's an over reliance on tech in classrooms, and you see it a lot among classroom teachers that start to homeschool. They just like seeing the data.

Being lumped in with 30 kids that will like your Facebook post in 20 years isn't real friendship either. Most of my quality friendships were made outside of school/work and as an adult.

@braxton_mccoy Suburban Mom here, we're busy instructing the next generation of rebels. They'll read way above grade level, write in cursive, memorize math facts by songs, do nature journaling, and learn history. It's empowering taking charge of your child's education.

@iam_emilyanne It wasn't, I had been doing an elimination diet, just rice/veg but still eating just bread. Quit bread and after 2 weeks, I had no 'ibs' symptoms anymore, lost 10 pounds, no bloat and had a totally normal gut for the next 5 years. Been gluten free also for around 7 years.
