Takashi Kojima's first contribution to the One Piece franchise was in the 3D2Y movie, where he animated Luffy's Red Hawk. This sequence is absolutely stunning and I really love Kojima's art on Luffy at the beginning, it makes him look so much like a younger version of Ace.

After 43 episodes, Kojima finally appeared in the legendary episode 1015. Apparently, Kojima is a big Luffy fan, so it's fitting that he animated Luffy hitting Kaido with the Red Roc. I was absolutely speechless when I first saw this scene, Takashi Kojima at his best🔥🔥.

Unfortunately, Kojima didn't take part in any further episodes of Act 1. He finally returned in Act 2 in Episode 933. Here he animated a 40+ second sequence of Zoro vs. Killer. People really underestimate Zoro's speed, so I am glad Kojima showed us how fast Zoro can move .

13 episodes later, Kojima returned for episode 905, where he animated Luffy's red falcon. This is one of my favorite red hawks in the series so far, only Tu Yong Ce's red hawk in episode 982 comes close, more crazy stuff from the legendary Takashi Kojima.

One Piece Episode 677 was the first time Kojima worked on an anime. It was about 1 year after his work on the 3D2y movie. He animated Kyros cutting off Doffy's head, it does not look as good as his cut in the movie, but it still looks pretty decent for Dressrosas standards.
