Definitely cried in @LalehKhalili 's office during the PhD (💕 she was so kind!) & in many other spaces in uni. Still cry on campus as a lecturer & many students have cried in my office/presence. Can we please normalise crying (& fight the conditions that sometimes make us cry?)

Hospitals being at capacity also means that chronically ill & disabled people are unable to access regular treatment - a lot of which keeps us alive, out of pain, and is v imp. My appointments were all cancelled from March to Oct and started again in Nov, now back to cancelled.

If your climate 'justice' bans meat/dairy but doesn't think about the consequences of increased consumption of vegan alternatives on indigenous communities & the 'global south' (almond/cashew milk are good examples), then please rethink your politics & 'progressiveness'..

I know that you can't trust institutions but I am in despair thinking that 250+ staff, 1500+ students/supporters, local MPs, unions have all urged Goldsmiths SMT to retract the legal action they're taking against majority poc students from @GoldAntiRacism & yet they won't budge

A year of hard protests. So many farmers' lives taken by the state. The new farm laws have been cancelled ✊🏼✊🏼 but don't be taken by the fascist's folded hands & apology... And as many have reminded us 'farmer' is not beyond caste, the state isn't the only fight.

Most of my colleagues and I have spent the last days addressing questions & anxieties of students that are all to do with the complete dysfunction of @GoldsmithsUoL . Instead of fixing this, the management are instead looking to fire people & restructure things in worse ways.

Our employer @GoldsmithsUoL is making many colleagues in professional services & academic staff in History & Eng redundant.They made such a fuss about MA in Black British History only to send risk of redundancy letters to staff teaching on this, not even 2 years later. Horrible.
