After what Israel has been presenting to us in recent weeks, it is clear that everything they write requires (as always in science) confirmation from a second source. Have they shown the wounds of those stabbed policemen?

Nathan’s win was not only deserved but also very impressive as he did not need anybody’s mistakes to win. Only highly biased fans of his rival do not see it.
Leaving aside the absurd claim of Chen's excessive scoring, how could he push someone out of the sport by winning deservedly and taking a break from competition? All the titles could have been fought for in the last season without his presence.
There is something a little off-putting about the American skaters talking about "integrity" in their sport as if they didn't sit back and watch as Chen got over-scored a plenty & ultimately got a real champion pushed out of the sport
Whenever I see nonsense, I have the urge to straighten it out. Yuzuru did not win gpf19 because he made mistakes in all his combos. In FP he performed only one of five triples correctly. He received high marks for elements done well, but it was not enough to beat Nathan.
Whenever I see pics from GPF19, I should remind everyone that Yuzuru Hanyu is the TRUE CHAMPION of GPF19☝️🥇!
Of course, everyone knows it, but anyway let's talk about it more often😊

Yes, Nathan is an incredible skater, a terrific athlete and a subtle artist. But first of all, an amazing man who did not give up and fulfilled his dream in such a good style, earning admiration from so many people around him and those watching from a distance. A real champion!
This prize is for "an amateur athlete who is accomplished in their respective sport and demonstrates strong moral character, leadership, and sportsmanship."
For sure Nathan Chen fits the description perfectly!

I understand the difference in tastes but there are judging rules, bv values etc. Liking more one skater is perfectly ok while writing about non valuable or undeserved wins of his rival is not. According to the rules Nathan’s win is not debatable and not because I said that.
@lovesickwave
This is way to serious matter just to say that Nathan said ‘whatever’. Either you listen carefully to what he said and what he did afterwards, and react accordingly or not refer to him at all.
Nathan Chen outperformed Yuzuru by dozens of points and won the gold medals. Only dishonest judging could have produced a different result.
Why do fanyus build their idol's legend on lies and false accusations?
FACT! BIG FACT HERE!
In case of fair judging, nathan chen could never "beat" Hanyu Yuzuru! NEVER! Hanyu Yuzuru has always been not a million, but a billion miles ahead of that fabricated "champion".
Everyone knows it!

Most valuable skater: Nathan Chen
For what he has accomplished in the sport, the impressive style in which he did it, and the fact that he made so many non-fans of figure skating remember that the sport exists.
@Blaqjezus7
@maoasadas3a
Reality check: the best choreographers really liked working with him and you will have trouble finding people who know him personally and don't like him.
You can see from the comments that many still don't understand the rules of the competition. Chen's win was fair and impressive. Yuma was good but not good enough.
@ISU_Figure
Well deserved first place. Around 2016-2018 it was a real rollercoaster but from WC 2018 it became (for the observers at least) much more like walking on the heights (1st in nearly all competitions)
@notrenotte
I don't recall anyone I follow mocking injuries, asthma or trauma. But the outrage that there's one person who wrote that they don't like the phoenix costume (or the role?) sounds ridiculous, especially when it comes from Yuzuru fans with so many nasty tweets about N’s costumes.
You're a hater. You're welcome.
Also please enjoy the list of absolute best scores where Nathan occupies the first three spots (and 6/10 of all spots) because noone has been able to get close to him. Stay mad about it.
Champions and fan favorites lose all the time and they must move on. Nathan's victories were fair and his feelings also matter. It's time to accept that and stop talking about corruption and injustice because while fs is not free of that, it doesn't apply to this situation.

They present very different styles of artistry. And it is good as diversity is interesting and more people may find performances they like. But technically both are at the top level.
Others talk about breaking the laws of physics or more precisely gravity, he just practised to be better and better every day and jumped beautifully and most reliably of all

They either do not watch at all or watch but with the a priori intention not to change their opinion no matter what. They often do not even know how to judge it.
@andthewaltz
Adam improved a lot, resembles Nathan in some way, repeats some of his moves, even costumes (last year gala was veery similar, backflips) but not, he is not there where Nathan was. (we do not know what exactly he thought)
@ISU_Figure
Nathan Chen, for his impressive domination over his rivals, culminating in victory at the Olympics, and being a very good role model off the ice, esp. supporting young skaters.
@tea_zamboni
This is an important issue concerning the entire Olympic movement, and the only issue you are commenting on is a hypothetical Nathan's paid appearance? What do you try to suggest?
Despite all these privilege from getting million dollar sponsors having a rink to himself staying at 5⭐️ hotel instead of olympic village Hanyu keep playing this pitiful character putting this imaginary narrative of being oppressed making fans feel like they need to save him.
