After a 7 week multi handed trial at the CCC Emma Akuwudike secured a unanimous acquittal on all counts of conspiracy to murder, conspiracy to cause GBH and conspiracy to possess firearms with intent to endanger life. Emma was instructed by Deborah Spence from Banks and partners.
