My first thoughts were that Geordie Beamish ran a 4:06.96 in Flagstaff in 2019 and that got him into NCAA’s. He won it. Unconverted PR of 4:06 and was NCAA Champ. Dude ran almost 10 full seconds faster than that on the same track and people aren’t sure if he’s good?

People hate on conversions so it’s always good when you get a chance to beat them. Becca’s indoor 16:51 went down to 16:27. Her best unconverted was 16:46. Tonight: 16:23.08 Kicked for the win two nights in a row on a big stage. Came up 0.01 and 0.42 short. 2 x🥈but🥇is comin!
