Not sure I agree. Absent any particular rule in ACT law, they’re evidence relating to the allegations. If she’s told the counsellor one thing and says another in the witness box the jury needs to know.

Looks like a very misogynistic police approach. The Moller report’s conclusions on her psyche & her emotions post event and the judgement all phrased about her not unnaturally confused actions & recollections; using historic texts to explain their rationale. A mock investigation

And the Prosecutor read the notes, knowing he shouldn't have them.
Not the most shocking revelation in this case to come put today. It remains utterly unfathomable that this ever made it into a court room.
