@yodaberg I can't deal with all of this, having been in those counselling spaces, if I thought anyone had access to reading them I would feel so violated.

@yodaberg Some jurisdictions have legislative limits on sexual abuse counselling records being produced or utilised in criminal proceedings.

@yodaberg Not sure I agree. Absent any particular rule in ACT law, they’re evidence relating to the allegations. If she’s told the counsellor one thing and says another in the witness box the jury needs to know.

@sdtuc2 That is so utterly ridiculous. It was psychology. The patient has a right to privacy.

@yodaberg And the Prosecutor read the notes, knowing he shouldn't have them. Not the most shocking revelation in this case to come put today. It remains utterly unfathomable that this ever made it into a court room.
